Our client's growing and fast-paced organisation is seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys working to deadlines and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
This position offers the chance to support multiple areas of the business while working closely with both technical and commercial teams in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Wokingham
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating projects from initial order through to completion and invoicing
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to account managers, including raising internal requests, handling queries and managing bookings
* Supporting a team of engineers by scheduling work, ordering parts and ensuring all requirements are in place
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring reports and results are delivered within agreed KPI timeframes
* Reviewing and approving purchase invoices and assisting with stock-related queries
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of operations by maintaining accurate records and systems
Skills & Experience:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A strong communicator, confident interacting with people of all levels
* Customer-focused, with a professional and approachable manner
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
* A logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable and motivated, with a willingness to go the extra mile
