This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a Leeds City Centre based professional services company
Purpose of the Role
Provide high-quality administrative support to Partners, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and excellent client service. Working collaboratively with the wider administration team, you will manage documentation, diaries, billing support and general office administration while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Partners and clients
* Manage diaries, meetings and appointments
* Open new matters and maintain accurate client records
* Prepare legal documents, correspondence and electronic bundles
* Maintain files, key deadlines and documentation
* Assist with billing, fee notes and invoice administration
* Respond to client enquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders
* Support seminars, events and business development activities
* Answer telephone calls and manage general office administration
* Prepare meeting rooms, maintain office supplies and support the smooth running of the office
Salary: £26,000
Location: LS1
