NHS Pathway Tracker
Cambridge
£20 an hour PAYE
We are currently recruiting experienced NHS Pathway Tracker.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily reviews of the Patient Tracking List with administrative teams
* Communicate and escalate required actions to operational management and clinical teams
* Engage effectively with patients to support appointment scheduling and pathway progression
Requirements:
* Previous NHS experience is essential
* Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
Assignment Details:
Ongoing assignment until 31 March 2026
Hybrid working available 1-2 days per week working from home
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NHS Pathway Tracker looking for a long-term assignment within a supportive team environment.
