Deputy General Office Supervisor

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000

London, West End

Fully office based - Mon - Fri - 9.30am - 5.30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hands-on Deputy General Office Supervisor to support the smooth running of the General Office function for a Top 70 Law Firm. Working closely with the General Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of internal client service across the firm.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Managing incoming and outgoing post (Royal Mail, DX and couriers) in line with service standards and agile working protocols
* Overseeing reprographics services including printing, scanning, binding and reporting machine faults
* Managing stationery stock levels and placing orders in line with core lists
* Supporting new joiner inductions for the General Office function when required
* Checking and coding invoices accurately within agreed timeframes
* Maintaining KPI records and ensuring monthly reporting deadlines are met
* Assisting with meeting room set-up and office moves, including manual handling of furniture and equipment
* Supervising the General Office Assistant in the Supervisor's absence, coordinating rotas and ensuring adequate cover
* Supporting records and archiving processes when required

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar General Office or Facilities (essential)
* Previous experience working within a law firm (essential)
* Previous experience in a supervisor/ team leader position (essential)
