We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Receptionist to support our well-established client in Bracknell. This is a part-time, office-based position covering front-of-house duties three days per week. The role will commence in April and is expected to run until January 2027, offering excellent stability for someone seeking a longer-term temporary opportunity.

Working Days: Monday to Wednesday
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary (expected until 27th January 2027)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and external callers
* Managing a busy reception desk in a professional and welcoming manner
* Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* Managing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining security protocols
* Supporting with general administrative tasks as required
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
What we are looking for:
* Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
* Confident, professional communicator with a friendly manner
* Well-presented and reliable
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently
