Part Time Finance & HR Assistant - 25 hours per week
Huntress are supporting an Independant Education organisation in the recruitment of a Part Time Finance & HR assistant
Working alongside the Bursar you will support in the following areas
Finance
* Accounts Receivable including raising invoices, collection of fees & maintain the direct debit collection system
* Accounts Payable including processing invoices, gaining authorisation and payment runs
* Bank Reconciliations
* Monthly Cashflow forecasting
* Assist with monthly management accounts
HR
* Create job applicant packs
* Coordinate interview process
* Onboarding admin including pre-employment checks
* Maintain HR files including absence records
To succeed in the role you will have a solid understanding of finance most likely from a small finance team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. HR Experience is not essential for this role however you will have an eye for detail and be accurate in your work.
Please note this role is Office based
