Norwich | £25 - £28 per hour | Full-time

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation in Norwich on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

* Manage complex employee relations casework including absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary
* Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers
* Support organisational change and workforce initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident handling complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package

* £25 - £28 per hour
* Initial 6-month contract with likely extension
