We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a leading financial services provider, supporting customers through some of life's toughest moments - including illness, redundancy, or bereavement.
This is not a typical call centre role - every conversation matters. You will be trusted to make empathetic, fair decisions that support customers while meeting FCA standards.

Shifts & Hours

Training (first 4 weeks): Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Alternate Saturdays with a weekday off, or a permanent late shift with no weekends
*
Flexibility available if agreed before starting
Key Responsibilities
*
Handle inbound calls and occasional written queries with professionalism and empathy
*
Support customers in vulnerable or complex financial situations
*
Agree realistic repayment plans within company policy and FCA requirements
*
Assess customer income and expenditure to ensure solutions are affordable
*
Achieve KPIs while maintaining high service quality
Candidate Profile
*
Excellent listening and communication skills
*
Empathy, patience and resilience
*
Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel
*
Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
*
Motivated to deliver the right outcomes for customers
*
Desirable: Experience in financial services, collections, or vulnerability support
