Location: Boston

We are currently recruiting for a Call Handler on behalf of our client based in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site role offered on a 12-week temporary assignment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers, patients, or service users
* Providing accurate information and resolving queries where possible
* Logging calls and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
* Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate team when required
* Following policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
* Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a call handling, contact centre, or customer service role
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Confident using computer systems and handling multiple screens
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
