Up to £36,000 basic + commission
Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:30

Looking for an Account Management role where you can focus on building relationships and adding real value?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team in lovely offices just outside Redhill. It's a true account management role - centred around partnership, support and long-term client relationships to deliver a first class service and maximise revenue opportunities.

The role:
You'll manage a portfolio of business clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they get the most from the service. It's varied, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive contact
* Manage incoming queries from start to resolution
* Support onboarding, including data preparation and training
* Work with marketing to implement tailored activity plans
* Coordinate larger projects across multiple internal teams
* Provide reporting and insights to support client performance

What we're looking for:

* Around 2+ years in account management or a customer-facing role
* Experience within a SaaS or tech-led environment would be beneficial
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of business objectives
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
* Confident with Excel and working with data
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities
