Warehouse Operative

My client based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role working for a busy Manufacturer handling customer orders, deliveries, and stock management.

Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,500
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:30 | Fri 08:30-16:30

The role-

* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to move goods around the warehouse
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
* Load and unload deliveries
* Process incoming stock
* Perform stock checks
* Handle customer returns and ensure orders are ready for collection
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment
* Follow all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
* Carry out quality checks and basic paperwork

The ideal candidate-

* Valid counterbalance forklift licence
* Ideally 2 years' experience working in a Warehouse environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
