We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Temporary Order Processor to join our team in Horley. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the wider team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems
* Verify order details for accuracy before processing
* Manage and maintain inventory records
* Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse/despatch teams
* Check stock availability and levels
* Update order status
* Resolve order queries and discrepancies
* Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
