Huntress Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading firm in Yarnton to find an enthusiastic Streetworks / Permit Administrator.
No prior streetworks experience is needed. If you have a solid background in general office administration, data entry, or customer service, our client will provide full, comprehensive training on the technical parts of the role. What you will be doing:
* Processing applications and submitting permits for upcoming roadworks and utility maintenance.
* Updating internal databases with accurate timings, locations, and site details.
* Liaising with local highway authorities and internal engineering teams to coordinate road space.
* Monitoring deadlines to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Handling general administrative tasks to support the wider scheduling and operations team.
What we are looking for:
* Strong administrative experience - you are confident handling data entry, emails, and phone calls.
* Excellent attention to detail - you spot errors easily and take pride in accurate work.
* Good IT skills - you are comfortable picking up new computer systems and software quickly.
* A proactive attitude - you thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
