Service Administrator & Co-ordinator
Full time | Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
We're supporting a small, well-established organisation with a strong community focus, who are looking to bring in a highly organised and personable Service Administrator & Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly while supporting a busy and collaborative team.
The role will involve:
* Managing day-to-day administration within a busy, fast-paced environment
* Co-ordinating schedules, activities and general logistics
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Acting as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting communication across the team and assisting with meetings and reviews
* Ensuring processes are followed and records are kept up to date and compliant
* Providing general support to the wider team as needed
What they're looking for:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident, professional communication skills
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and internal systems
* A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
This role would suit someone with experience in, a passion for, or an interest in working within a care, community or specialist support environment, where making a difference and supporting others is key.
