Our client, a rapidly scaling technology business within the digital healthcare space, is seeking an experienced Onboarding Success Manager to join their growing team. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will take ownership of the full onboarding lifecycle for new customers - guiding them from the point of sale through to successful adoption of the platform.

You'll act as the main point of contact during onboarding, leading communication, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth, structured, and positive start to their journey.

This role requires someone highly organised, customer‑focused, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
