Quality Associate | ISO 9001 Implementation

We're partnering with an innovative scientific organisation that uses sustainable green technologies to manufacture botanical extracts. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint a Quality Associate to support the implementation of their ISO 9001 Quality Management System and help achieve certification for the first time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in an ISO 9001 environment who is looking to take ownership of a business-critical project.
The Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System, embedding quality processes across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the implementation of ISO 9001.
* Developing and maintaining quality documentation and procedures.
* Coordinating internal audits and supporting external certification audits.
* Managing corrective actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement activities.
* Promoting quality awareness and supporting colleagues across the business.
* Monitoring quality performance and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about quality.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
* Knowledge of audits, document control and quality compliance.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience within a scientific, manufacturing or other regulated environment would be advantageous.
