Product Manager

Location: Outskirts of Leeds City Centre - parking

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to take ownership of an established product portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing, you will manage the full product lifecycle, support new product development and ensure products meet customer, commercial and market requirements. This role would suit an experienced Assistant Product Manager who is ready for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the product portfolio and new product introductions
* Support product development from concept through to launch
* Provide technical product support to internal teams and customers
* Research market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements
* Coordinate product testing, certification and compliance
* Maintain technical documentation and product literature
* Work with manufacturing to support product quality and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximise product performance

About You

* Essential: Previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager ideally within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment
* Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised and solution-focused
* Degree qualified in Engineering, Product Management or a related discipline is desirable
