We're looking for a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support at senior leadership and board level.
This is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth and effective running of the board and committee activity while upholding the highest standards of governance.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Type: Part Time, 3 days a week
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £45,000 FTE, pro rata
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive administrative and governance support to the Board, Chair and committees (including Finance, Audit & Risk, and Nominations & Governance)
* Coordinate the annual cycle of Board and committee meetings, ensuring forward planning and well-structured agendas
* Prepare, review and manage Board papers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely distribution
* Produce high-quality agendas, minutes and action logs, capturing decisions and tracking follow-ups through to completion
* Provide trusted, confidential EA support to the Chair, CEO and senior leadership team, including complex diary management and meeting preparation
About You
* Significant experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Board Secretary or governance-focused role
* Proven track record supporting Boards or committees at executive or trustee level
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex priorities and long-term planning
* Strong experience producing accurate minutes and formal documentation
* Confident using digital tools, including AI, to support efficient ways of working
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail
