Hybrid Role - 9:30am - 5:30pm
A prestigious London-based professional services firm, renowned for advising on high-value and complex matters, is seeking an experienced PA to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Known for its collaborative culture and high standards, the firm offers a dynamic and professional working environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished PA to provide high-level support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced and high-performing team. Working closely with Partners and fee earners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department and will quickly become a trusted and integral member of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing proactive administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders
* Acting as a key point of contact and trusted liaison within the team
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and events
* Monitoring inboxes and handling incoming queries efficiently
* Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
* Managing client interactions with professionalism and discretion
* Supporting onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with billing, time recording, and financial administration
* Processing invoices, expenses, and related documentation
* Coordinating internal processes, including training, appraisals, and team initiatives
* Supporting marketing and business development activities
The Candidate
* Approximately 5 years' experience as a PA/EA within a professional services environment (e.g. legal, finance, consultancy)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and ever-changing workload
* Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional approach
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
