Are you looking to build a career in HR within a friendly, supportive team? We're recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford, and while HR experience is a bonus, what matters most to them is finding someone with the right attitude, who's organised, adaptable, and a great fit for the team.
In return, you'll join a business that genuinely looks after its people, including a fantastic 33 days holiday allowance, so you can properly switch off and recharge.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
* Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
* Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
* Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
* Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
* Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
* Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards
What We're Looking For:
* HR experience is desirable but not essential - we're just as interested in your attitude and potential
* Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
* Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
* Able to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and adaptable HR professional (or someone looking to start their HR career) to become a valued part of a growing team. If you enjoy supporting people, staying organised in a fast-paced environment, and want to build your HR skills in a role where you'll be genuinely appreciated, we would love to hear from you.
Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
We practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender. As an organisation, we encourage applications from all backgrounds and will ensure measures are met when required, to allow a fair process throughout.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only consider applications from candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
