An established organisation is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to provide practical guidance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.



Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Winnersh

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Type: Temp-perm, with an immediate start



Key Responsibilities

* Advising on performance, absence, capability and conduct
* Supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
* Managing probation reviews, Occupational Health referrals and long-term absence cases
* Supporting onboarding, contractual changes and leavers
* Overseeing Right to Work checks, DBS matters and confidential HR records
* Providing day-to-day employee relations advice and escalating complex cases



About You

* Previous HR Advisory experience
* Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
* Confident advising managers on employee relations matters
* Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused and discreet when handling sensitive matters
* CIPD qualified
