HR Administrator Location: Margate Salary: £27,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Margate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
* Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
* Supporting payroll data input and absence tracking
* Handling employee queries in a professional and confidential manner
* Assisting with HR projects and compliance tasks
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
