Host / Receptionist - Luxury Automotive Brand
Location: Chiswick
Pay: £13.00p/h (£30,420 salary equivalent)
Hours: 8am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch - fully onsite
Temporary: Immediate start until end of September
We are looking for a professional and personable Host to join a prestigious automotive Centre, providing an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience to every customer who walks through the door.
This is a customer-facing hospitality role with some reception responsibilities, so we're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within high-end hotels, hospitality, luxury retail or premium customer service environments.
The role
* Meet and warmly welcome customers and visitors
* Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality
* Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit
* Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas
* Keep the coffee station fully stocked and presentable
* Load and unload the dishwasher and keep kitchen areas clean and tidy
* Ensure customer-facing areas are consistently maintained to a high standard
* Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties
* Ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience
About you
* We're looking for someone who is:
* Professional, warm and naturally hospitable
* Experienced within hotel reception, hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment
* Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
* Fluent / highly proficient in English
* Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working to very high standards
* Naturally proactive and able to keep themselves occupied during quieter periods
* Confident answering the telephone and handling basic reception duties
* Reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Hotel and luxury hospitality experience would be particularly well suited to this role.
