My client a leading professional services firm requires Hospitality support on a temp basis ASAP. Excellent opportunity to gain some experience working in an office.

The role:

* Communicating with employees in a friendly and professional manner
* Providing excellent customer service
* Taking food and beverage orders and serving guests
* Preparing and serving refreshments, tea and coffee
* Setting up and clearing tables, meeting rooms and hospitality areas
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Replenishing food, drinks and hospitality supplies
* Supporting with events, meetings and functions
* Assisting with room set-up and turnaround
* Handling guest queries and requests promptly
* Liaising with kitchen, catering and front-of-house teams

Ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in hospitality, catering, events, reception or customer service
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
* Confident providing a high level of service to guests and clients
* Experience serving food and beverages, including tea and coffee
* Experience setting up and supporting meetings, events and functions
* Comfortable working as part of a busy team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, friendly and well-presented
