We're working with a leading brand within its category that is continuing to grow and is looking for a bright, organised and commercially minded Merchandising Administrator to join its team in East Leeds.
This isn't just an admin job. You'll be getting behind the scenes of the products customers see in store, working with sales and stock data, supporting the merchandising team and learning how products move from planning through to the shop floor.

What will you be doing?
You'll become an important part of the merchandising team, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
Your day could include:
* 📊 Working with sales, stock and product data using Excel.
* 👗 Setting up and maintaining product information including pricing, descriptions, sizes and categories.
* 📈 Helping the team understand how different products and ranges are performing.
* 📦 Monitoring stock levels and highlighting anything that could impact availability.
* 🚚 Supporting product deliveries, launches and stock movements.
* 🔄 Assisting with allocations and replenishment to make sure the right stock gets to the right place.
* 📝 Preparing reports, trackers and information for merchandising and trade meetings.
* 🤝 Working closely with merchandising, logistics, warehouse and other teams across the business.
* 🔎 Keeping a close eye on detail and spotting anything that doesn't look quite right.
* 💡 Getting involved in improving processes and finding better ways of doing things.
What are we looking for?
You don't need years of merchandising experience - this is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to get their foot in the door and build a career in the industry.
You could be a great fit if you have:
* A degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Retail, Business or another relevant discipline.
* A genuine interest in fashion, retail and how a product performs commercially.
* Good Excel skills and an enjoyment of working with numbers and data.
* Excellent attention to detail - you'll spot the missing number that everyone else has missed!
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks.
* A proactive attitude and the confidence to ask questions and get involved.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
* A desire to learn and develop within a commercial merchandising environment.
Why this role?
This is a brilliant opportunity to take the knowledge you've gained through your degree and put it into practice with a leading brand.
You'll gain hands-on experience across product, stock, sales reporting, trading and merchandising, giving you a fantastic foundation for building a long-term career in the fashion industry.
If you're a fashion graduate who wants to move beyond the classroom and get involved in the commercial side of fashion, we'd love to hear from you!
