We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Financial Advisor to join their team. In this role, you'll take ownership of an established client base, providing trusted, professional advice and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. With the opportunity to grow your own portfolio and earn a performance-based bonus, this is a rewarding role for someone who thrives on building lasting client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for an existing client base, providing professional and accurate financial advice
* Helping clients work towards their long-term financial goals with clear guidance and reassurance
* Growing your own portfolio through business development and new client acquisition
* Meeting sales, service and performance targets alongside the wider team
* Keeping up to date with market changes and regulation so your advice stays relevant
* Working closely with support colleagues to keep client records and recommendations accurate
* Meeting clients face to face or by video call
* Complying with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times
What we're looking for:
* Qualification in financial services
* Previous experience as a financial adviser
* Strong technical knowledge of protection, pensions and investments
* Proven ability to build lasting client relationships in person, by phone and by video
* Confident with IT
* A self-motivated, resourceful, target-driven approach
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* A genuine client-first mindset
