Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Permanent | Office-based

Huntress are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a well-established, SME in the manufacturing sector.

Hands on you will be overseeing the day-to-day finance function

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including month-end close, accounts receivable, cash flow and working capital
*

Managing a small team (2)
*

Preparing monthly management account
*

Budgeting & Forecasting
*

Variance analysis
*

Business Partnering with senior stakeholders
*

Maintain Financial Controls
*

Liasing with external auditors

To be Successful in the role :

You will be Qualified or Qualified by Experience and will have been working in a Finance Manager role, ideally gained within an manufacturing or similar environment.

You will have a broad mix of both technical accounting and commercial finance. Experience of managing and developing a finance team is important, as is the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
