Our client, a rapidly growing organisation based in Maidstone, is seeking an ambitious Finance Graduate to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career within a supportive environment that offers clear progression and professional development.
You'll gain hands‑on experience across core accounting and finance functions, working alongside an experienced team who will support your growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with month‑end and year‑end finance processes
* Preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments
* Supporting the production of management accounts
* Reconciling financial data and maintaining accurate records
* Helping with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Providing general financial administration and ad‑hoc analytical support
About You
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance team
* Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
