Redhill | Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm | Hybrid Working Following Probation

The Role
Working as part of a busy finance team, you will support the accurate processing of financial transactions and help ensure records are maintained to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*
Matching invoices, obtaining approvals and resolving discrepancies
*
Processing employee expenses
*
Responding to supplier, customer and internal finance queries
*
Processing bank payments and receipts
*
Allocating transactions within the accounting system
*
Completing bank reconciliations
*
Assisting with sales ledger administration
*
Supporting month-end processes and finance deadlines
*
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
About You
*
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
*
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
*
Good organisational skills and a methodical approach
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*
Previous administration, customer service, finance or accounts experience would be beneficial but is not essential
