We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established property business, for a capable and hands-on Estate Agent PA to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to play a key role in supporting acquisitions and driving deals through from initial enquiry to completion.
Working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will support the acquisitions team by managing opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure all deals progress smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain accurate property schedules and trackers
* Carry out desktop valuations to support acquisition decisions
* Manage and respond to incoming leads and new opportunities
* Assist the acquisitions team with day-to-day activities
* Communicate with and meet vendors, building strong working relationships
* Support the progression of sales from initial contact through to completion
* Ensure all records, documentation, and systems are kept up to date
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within the property sector (agency, acquisitions, investment, or similar)
* Strong understanding of the property market and industry fundamentals
* Experience preparing property schedules and carrying out valuations
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
* Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with vendors
* Willingness to travel across the UK for property visits
* Practical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
* Full UK driving licence required
