Data Entry/Finance & Administration Coordinator | £28,000

£28,000 | Monday-Friday | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | Temporary initially, with a genuine opportunity to become permanent

The role is primarily data entry, responding to emails and general administration, with some exposure to finance processes. You'll receive training and support, so it's a great chance to learn new skills and build experience in a professional environment.

What will you be doing?

The role is varied, but at its heart it's about keeping information accurate, responding to emails and making sure things get done.
You'll be responsible for:

* Entering and updating information accurately on internal systems
* Responding to customer and internal emails
* Checking information and keeping records up to date
* Processing documents and general administration
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin
* Keeping on top of your workload and completing tasks on time
* Helping with general finance administration as you become more experienced

You don't need to be a finance expert. Most of your time will be spent on administration, data entry, emails.

What are we looking for?

We're more interested in your attitude and potential than your previous job title.

You might have worked in:

* Retail
* Hospitality
* Customer service
* Call centre
* Reception
* Other busy, customer-facing environments

You'll ideally be:

* Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
* A good communicator, particularly in writing
* Accurate and attentive to detail
* Organised and able to follow a process
* Reliable and keen to learn
