Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
* Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
