We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical devices company based in Sittingbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment supporting customers within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide product information and support
* Handle queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Liaise with internal teams including sales and logistics
* Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or support role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within medical devices or healthcare is desirable
