About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor to join our team in Cambuslang. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage enquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Update customer records and maintain accurate system data.
* Escalate complex queries where appropriate and follow through to resolution.
* Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service, advisor, or contact centre role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A professional and solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
* A team player with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
