Customer Service Advisor - Financial Services | City of London
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 2pm - 11pm | Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home
Location: City of London - Amazing office with free breakfast and lunch.

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing financial services business for a Customer Service Advisor to join their London customer support team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers dealing with their accounts, payments and transactions - work that carries real responsibility and gives you exposure to a regulated environment from day one.
What you'll be doing
* Handling inbound calls from customers about accounts, payments and transactions
* Resolving queries first time where possible, and escalating appropriately where not
* Accurately recording customer information and case notes on internal systems
* Investigating issues and following them through to resolution
* Identifying and supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances in line with company policy
* Working to internal procedures and regulatory standards on every interaction
What you'll need
* Customer service or contact centre experience (financial services background welcome but not essential)
* Clear, confident communication and genuine listening skills
* Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters in a regulated environment
* Comfortable picking up new systems and software quickly
* Able to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
* Availability to work the 2pm - 11pm shift pattern
