Are you a natural problem solver who genuinely enjoys helping people? Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service, getting the details right and being part of a team that works together to make things happen?
We're working with a well-established and successful business looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join its busy, friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building positive customer relationships and takes real ownership of delivering a great service.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling everything from everyday enquiries and order updates to resolving more complex queries. No two days will be quite the same, so you'll need to be organised, adaptable and confident juggling multiple priorities whilst maintaining a friendly, professional approach.
What will you be doing?
*
Providing excellent customer service across telephone, email and other communication channels
*
Taking ownership of customer enquiries and seeing them through to a successful resolution
*
Handling customer queries, complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
*
Processing orders, quotations, returns, refunds and account updates with a high level of accuracy
*
Keeping customers informed about orders, deliveries, products and services
*
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal CRM systems
*
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and Purchasing to resolve queries efficiently
*
Building strong customer relationships and helping to encourage repeat business
*
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about delivering great service, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Ideally, you'll have:
*
Previous experience in a busy, telephone-based or multichannel customer service environment
*
A genuine customer-first approach, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a positive experience
*
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and tasks are completed correctly first time
*
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries
*
A team-player mentality, happy to support colleagues and work together to achieve the best results
*
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*
A calm, patient and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
*
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to use your initiative
*
Experience using CRM systems and good general IT skills
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or working with business customers would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Why apply?
This is a great opportunity to join an established business where customer service really matters and where your contribution will make a genuine difference.
You'll be part of a busy, supportive team, working in a varied role that offers plenty of opportunities to use your initiative, solve problems and build lasting customer relationships.
If you're organised, customer-focused, have a great eye for detail and enjoy being the person who gets things sorted, we'd love to hear from you!
