We are looking for a Receptionist / Showroom Host to join a prestigious automotive showroom, where customer experience is at the heart of everything they do.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, high-end environment and has the personality to make every customer feel genuinely valued from the moment they walk through the door.
The Role
As the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, you will play an important role in delivering a warm, professional and seamless experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming customers and visitors into the showroom with a friendly and professional approach
* Offering refreshments and ensuring customers are comfortable while they wait
* Understanding the reason for each customer's visit and directing them to the appropriate member of the team
* Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls professionally
* Managing the reception area and ensuring the showroom always presents an exceptional first impression
* Booking appointments and supporting the wider showroom team with administrative duties
* Maintaining excellent standards of customer service at all times
* Assisting with events, customer visits and showroom activities when required
* Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who is immaculately presented, personable and confident, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
You will ideally have experience in a reception, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail or automotive environment, although personality and attitude are just as important as previous experience.
You will need to be:

* Warm, friendly and naturally engaging
* Professional and well presented
* Confident communicating with customers at all levels
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
* Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
* A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
