Call Centre Advisor - Immediate Start
Location: Norwich (Fully Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary until late December, with opportunities for further contracts
Are you available to start immediately and looking for a busy, customer-focused role? We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Agent to join a friendly and supportive team based in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The current contract is confirmed until late December, with the potential for further opportunities on other contracts thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
* Making outbound calls when required
* Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
* Maintaining a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach at all times
* Updating records and handling basic administration tasks
* Supporting the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
* Previous customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, or administration experience is desirable
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
