Administrator
£13.89 per hour, increasing to £14.67 per hour after 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with one 3:30pm finish each week
Hybrid working available following full training, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy, friendly and fast-paced office environment where every day brings something different.
This is a varied role offering exposure to a range of administrative duties, including office support, data management, record keeping and general coordination.
Some of the things you'll be getting involved in:
* Keeping information accurate and up to date across internal systems and databases
* Preparing and managing emails to internal teams and external contacts
* Obtaining and checking documentation required for operational processes
* Coordinating meetings, activities and tasks to keep workloads running smoothly
* Using internal office systems to process work and maintain accurate records
* Updating and recording information in line with internal procedures
* Identifying and logging any discrepancies or errors and helping ensure these are resolved
* Supporting the tracking of operational activities and project updates
* Creating and maintaining digital records for work orders and ongoing tasks
* Responding to enquiries professionally via email and telephone
We're looking for someone who:

* Has strong written and verbal communication skills
* Is confident using computers and different systems
* Can pick up new processes and systems quickly
* Is organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy environment
