An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their compliance team to support with a project. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team.
The role:
* Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
* Assisting with managing the DBS process from start to finish
* Inputting data accurately and efficiently
* Collating the information and ensure the internal process is adhered too
* Ensure data accuracy across all systems
* Update, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the system
The ideal candidate:
* Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
* Confident speaking both on the phone and in person
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoy working in a team
