An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their accounts team. Supporting the finance team with revenue collection. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team.
The role:
* Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
* Assisting with supplier invoices, carrying out reconciliation and assisting with financial accuracy and compliance
* Manage supplier contracts and external service providers
* Support with reporting and documentation, utilising Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) to maintain accurate data and records
* Ensure data accuracy across systems
* Merge, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the system
The ideal candidate:
* Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
* Confident handling queries and objections that may arise from calls
* High level of customer service
* Can do attitude
* Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
* Enjoy working in a team
