We're currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established, Halifax-based client who is looking to bring in a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and playing a key role in customer retention and satisfaction.
Salary - upto £28,000
Your responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on engagement, satisfaction and retention
* Build strong relationships through regular contact and proactive communication
* Support onboarding of new customers
* Identify at-risk accounts and take action to improve retention
* Monitor customer activity
* Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
* Review feedback to spot trends and improvements
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates
* Support customers with renewals
About you:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts
