If you haven’t noticed already (although how we aren’t quite sure), Huntress has recently had a facelift with our new website and branding! As a growing company we opened 3 new offices in 2016, and we have already launched 1 new office in 2017. This growth strategy is following the launch of our Customer Service Promise in 2016 where as a company we really figured out who we want to be, and that is your local recruitment specialist for our core areas of Office Support, Accounting & Finance and IT with the best customer service for clients and candidates.

Growth is a key focus for Huntress moving forwards, we want to find the best people to open new offices regionally so that Huntress has local specialists around the UK. In 2016 we added Chelmsford, St Albans and Harlow; already in 2017 we have opened Basingstoke in January, two more to go to reach our target for the year!

We know we have a great team of passionate people at Huntress, and each year we take part in the Best Companies accreditation – for 2017 we were awarded 2 stars, the third year running that we have increased our overall score.

For Candidates…

We have made some major improvements to our website, and especially the job search functionality, meaning it is easier for candidates to find their perfect job and apply in just a couple of clicks. We have also introduced a location slider making it easier for you to select a specific distance from your chosen location when searching for jobs on our website – and we will continue to make improvements as more candidates use the job search to ensure their experience is a positive one.

To make your temping experience with Huntress even simpler, we also have a candidate area where you can find useful documents and information, and access our candidate portal to submit timesheets.

For Clients…

For clients, there is plenty of information on the services available from Huntress, as well as client resources to help keep up-to-date with employment law changes (including free regional events with partnering law firms) and our yearly salary guide to give you a benchmark against average salaries in the roles that we recruit for.
