Team Administrator
📍 Liverpool Street (EC2A) | 💷 £35,000-£40,000 per annum | 🏡 Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Join a purpose-driven property consultancy making a real impact. We're looking for a skilled and proactive Administrator to support a dynamic team near Liverpool Street/Old Street.
The Role
As a Team Administrator, you'll provide professional administrative support to Directors and project teams, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and the efficient running of their London office.
You'll thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and a positive attitude, while being part of a collaborative team that values innovation and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Coordination
* Work closely with Directors and team members to coordinate project deadlines
* Arrange meetings, client lunches, and manage diaries
* Ensure all QA and standard procedures are followed
Financial Administration
* Support invoicing processes
* Post Director timesheets and assist with credit card reconciliation
Reception & Office Support
* Cover reception during absences or busy periods
* Handle incoming calls and greet visitors professionally
General Administration
* Manage document formatting, scanning, binding, and printing
* Use Adobe Sign and Sharefile systems for document control
* Open new project files and maintain accurate records
* Book travel, accommodation, and meeting venues as required
* Maintain and update the CRM system (projects and contacts)
* Convert Word documents into Adobe InDesign format when needed
About You
You'll be an organised, efficient professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting others. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
To succeed as an Administrator, you'll bring:
* Previous experience supporting senior leaders or Directors
* Background in a construction consultancy or property sector preferred
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
* Experience with Adobe InDesign and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
* Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
* Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and attention to detail
