We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team at a well-known, established organisation based in Bradford City Centre.

This is a part time role.

Working hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am - 5pm.

Salary: £23,500 pro rata, which equates to circa £14,100 for 3 days.

The role:

* Greeting and welcoming visitors into the office.
* Answering, screening and forward incoming phone calls and messages.
* Sorting and distributing post and deliveries.
* Providing administration support.
* Ordering stationery and carrying out stock takes of stationery as required.
* Logging faults and changes with the facilities team.
* Maintaining the register of First Aiders on site each day.

About you:

* Professional telephone manner.
* Experience of reception and administration support.
* Good communication skills - both verbal and written
* Good knowledge of MS package - including basic Excel skills.
* Good customer services skills.
