Demand Generation Manager- London/Hybrid- 12 Months- £330-£380 (Inside IR35)


* Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
* Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
* Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
* Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
* May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
* Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
* Has full authority for personnel actions.
* Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Skills/ Experience:

* Solid experience in leading demand generation initiatives
* Experience across PPC, Social and Content Syndication - with a lead generation focus
* Ability to work closely with the broader Performance Marketing & Website teams to ensure demand generation best practices and data driven website touchpoints for lead generation are installed
* Ability to design, own and report on a robust media testing plan across demand generation, with the goal of clearly showing impact of campaigns on business performance
* Proven communication and Influencing skills - working closely with creative and content teams to ensure teams are aware of content requirements
* Track record of working in cross functional partnerships
* Experience of sourcing, implementing and maximizing B2B martech such as: Salesforce, Eloqua etc
* Experience planning integrated funnel funnel demand generation campaigns through: Brand, Display, Video, Content, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, Research, High Quality Leads, Appointment Setting, Demo, Trial and Sales Enablement
* Prior experience working in the B2B sector
* SaaS experience
