Customer Service Executive

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

Location: Notting Hill

Hybrid Role - 2-3 days in office

Join a global luxury manufacturer in Notting Hill as a Customer Service Executive, delivering top-tier customer service from initial inquiries to order processing and logistics. We seek a detail-oriented professional with prior customer service experience to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Support: Manage enquiries via inbox, phone, web, and email. Build relationships with distributors and agents.
* Order Management: Link orders to opportunities, mark VIP orders, check product availability, and confirm orders. Allocate stock and estimate delivery times.
* Order Delivery: Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, warehouse collections, and sample dispatch.
* Issue Resolution: Log, investigate, and follow up on issues.
* Admin Support: Assist the sales team, manage the sales pipeline, update systems, and maintain contracts.

Experience Required:

* 2-3 years in customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and CRM systems
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
