Our client is an established organisation, and due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Leeds, LS15.

This is a fully office-based role.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, so must be a dynamic people person with excellent customer service skills.

The role:

* Managing booking queries, both online and over the phone.
* Managing waiting times and escalating where appropriate.
* Making onward referrals where required.
* Responding to enquiries over email, social media, live chat and telephone.
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
* Recording customer details on the appropriate database.
* Ensuring all processes are completed for customers booking appointments.
* Customer service and admin support duties.

About you:

* An experienced customer service or administration professional.
* An empathetic and caring people person.
* Able to manage own workload.
* Experience of Systmone desirable but not essential.
