Then this role could be for you!

We are looking for a credible and capable Customer Relations Officer to support our client on a temporary basis until the end of the year. You will be responsible for ensuring the complaints process is followed and documented professionally, ensuring the complaint is resolved accurately and completed to agreed deadlines.

Duties will include:

* Overseeing the recording and resolution of formal customer complaints to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner

* Providing support and guidance to staff and stakeholders, enabling them to autonomously handle their own complaints, ensuring integrity and guaranteeing a positive and professional experience for the public

* To oversee the investigation and resolution of serious complaints, working alongside stakeholders and staff across all departments and levels

* To ensure that the reporting mechanism of complaints remains fit for purpose, meets the needs of the organisation and is reviewed on an ongoing basis

* To proactively identify any issues or trends from emerging customer complaints, both within the business the sector and the wider customer service industry

* Facilitate workshops for core customer facing teams where required

* Demonstrate positive and proactive approach, generating ideas, recommendations and providing constructive feedback to increase the effectiveness of the team

Ideally applicants will have managed a high workload previously, held a Customer Relations Officer position or have worked in a similar role, and can demonstrate solid decision making skills. You will be customer orientated with a diplomatic and level headed approach.
