Our client is a world class manufacturing company, with a unique and interesting product who are recruiting an Administrator due to growth . They are looking for an experienced Administrator to work within their busy team and they are offering hybrid working, their office is based in Horsforth.

Salary up to £27,000
Hybrid - 3 days in the office 2 from home
Hours- 8-4.30 Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm Friday
Benefits - 25 days holiday, excellent pension

The Role:

* Providing order acknowledgements.

* Changing delivery dates on orders following parts shortages or customer changes

* Advising Sales and Applications of latest lead times.

* Managing order rescheduling and cancellations.

* Reviewing orders.

* Be the first point of contact for any telephone enquiries.

* Support the wider team with general adhoc tasks.

Skills Required:

* Administration experience is essential.

* Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial to this role.
* Personable, friendly telephone manner, with the ability to gain accurate information form the customer.
* Ability to independently manage and prioritise own workload.
* Demonstrated high level of customer service skills.
